Regarding the horde invasions quests that restrict your formation

If you have these stupid quests to not use fire tatari or use signals X umber of times, I really recommend doing "empty" runs with a friend.

Change your formation to not contain the quest tatari, run a horde with a friend and you both just place 1 tatari and let the horde pass to lose immediately. If you have the quest to use signals, you can fill only 1 line, spam the signals and then move away. Quests to kill bosses can be done when playing for kills.

If you have 2 or 3 quests that restrict elements, you can complete them at the same time, by not including all of these elements in your formation.

And then you can go back to playing horde normally for the kills.

Found this is the best way to do the quests for extra pinballs without trying to incorporate the quests rules into normal runs. You don't have to worry about under-performing because you don't have your strongest/favorite formation. And I've also seen some people say they're embarrassed to use signals. So just do dedicated quest horde runs where both people focus only on doing their quests!

Arguably the hardest part about this is finding a friend who will be up to run empty hordes, but I'm sure you can find someone on the game's Discord server who'd be willing to run an empty horde.
