Help with my escalation army 500 points

I'm playing an escalation tournament where every month we add 250 points, starting at 500 points. I really want to start off with a strong base to then build on because we are supposed to do minimal swaps for the list, just add. I have two I'm bouncing between

Now the second version is simple, it's removing the sunforge crisis unit for a a 2nd Starscythe unit + and ethereal. I don't know if I'll need the anti-anxiety at such a low points game. There is one rule that affects my decision, no one can bring a single unit that is greater than 1/3 of the points cost (so no more than 165). Just to avoid feels bad moments. Are either of these a good list? Or should I go a completely different direction?
