Chase “promotion” is confusing me

Career Progression

I got a promotion at work to associate relationship banker but the bonus structure was minimized heavy apparently. The old “relationship banker” role got bonus perks from large investments and big bonus’s on sales and also was on an noticeably elevated salary, but the new ARB role got rid of all investment perks and I get $20 per sale instead of the older $100-200+ bonus per customer. There is also no raise, mind you these are the same exact jobs just different titles.

My schedule is changing, they tell me my assumed hours will be 830a-730p. Oh and they got rid of the certification process to make me a “licensed” banker. Can you give me an unbiased opinion here? I wanted to build a career, I thought this was a good choice (banking) but it feels like retail under a high school bully of a boss who already makes me work all the days and weekends they don’t want to, goes home early, doesn’t really do much for the staff.

I tried to grow thru the headaches and pains of being here in hopes of a positive shift but suddenly don’t feel so great about my promotion…
