Grade break at intersection

I am designing a intersection and the centerline profile of one street that ties into edge of pavement of the other street, creates a 3.32% grade break with the other street, is this a good enough for driver comfort, if I make the incoming profile less of a grade, it creates to much of a sag. According to AI, Caltrans and the ASSTHO Green Book don't give information on grade breaks.
