Applied for a visa from LA for Denmark and they can't locate my application

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any helpful advice.

I applied for a Shengen visa from LA to go to Denmark and haven't been able to track my application online.

I received an email and a text message confirming my application being submitted. When I try to track it online, I put in my information (last name and reference number in the format DNK/***/******/****/**) and get the input 'Invalid input' or 'Cannot find any application with those input details'. My travel agent was not able to find the application, neither was the VFS agent who I spoke with on the phone or via email.

Has anyone faced this issue either in the US or elsewhere, and have any suggestions on what they could do to resolve it?
