In the last two years, I’ve quit several times but relapsed after 4–6 months each time
28M. Been smoking since 13-14.
Anyone relapse this much as well? I swear. I’m fine for 5 months. Then, randomly, one night I’ll get an INSANE urge to smoke something and I can’t resist it. It’s a feeling that is temporary but I’m weak.
Since I’m an addict, one hit gets me back into it. The process usually comprises of:
Day 1 - 1 hit of a J won’t hurt.
Day 2 - alright, last one.
Week 2 - now I can’t sleep without it… this is the last night, just so I can sleep better :p
2 months later of everyday, all day cart use later:
And then I finally gain some courage and quit! And I go through those 2-3 weeks of hell(sweating like crazy, feeling every emotion possible, no eating, no sleeping). (Withdrawals are fucking rough from everyday all day cart use apparently LOL)
4-6 months later, rinse and repeat.
Anyway. More of a vent. Appreciate you checking in ❤️
