Anyone else having issues with Apple Watch after the new update?

I am losing my mind! It’s so annoying! Ever since the new update, my Apple Watch refuses to connect to Ladder. I have tried everything. I used their Maive AI support and

1. Restarted my Apple Watch
2. Restarted my phone
3. Tried re-installing it on the Watch app
   And still nothing!

Am I the only one suffering? Anyone have any other trouble shoot tips I can try?
