Frozen or easy prep dough for a party

I’m gonna have a pizza party next month and will need around a dozen doughs. Looking for recommendations on some ways to save myself a little time and planning on the dough. I tried getting Ooni’s frozen doughs earlier this year and they were okay. Stretched nicely but didn’t really rise too much even after letting them come up to room temp for a couple hours before stretching and launching.

Anyone tried Poco Bero, or Yoga Dough mix? I don’t have a stand mixer either so kneading would all have to be by hand.
