Feeling ugly might be the worst feeling
First of all: I don't want to kms I have a lovely family and some trustworthy friends however it did not invalidate what I'm about to write.
For context I'm a 23 y/o man in France. Never had any kind of relationship. What I'm feeling it's I think compatible with any gender/sex.
Feeling ugly is the worst feeling. Coming home, looking at myself in the mirror and finding me so much horrible as it makes me want to kms is something hard to deal with.
Whatever some gurus wants us to believe, self confidence is not something you can easily fake/pretend.
Society today relies specially on appearance (I myself judge someone based on his look). Feeling different is ALWAYS difficult. Wanting to feel whole/complete is something very hard to deal with.
In my case the feeling is about a girl (wow so original for a 23 y/o man) that triggered this self-depracation. I want (and will) to express my feelings to her even if it's not reciprocated to at least feel better about myself.
I know it might be perceive as self-deprecation to get comments however it's not at all the reason why I'm posting this. I think many people might feel this way and somehow feels less lonely/different in this case.
(i'm not native English so sorry about mistakes, I didn't want ai to alternate what I'm saying).
What I feel is beyond a single post and I think your comments/personnal experience might help me (us) to express our true feelings.
(if you're an AI don't reply to this post)
