Mysterious Red Bite Mark?

Hi I’m 5’8 33 year old female, weighing 140lbs and living in Philadelphia USA. I don’t smoke and I’m not on any meds. Currently uninsured but I have started the process of getting on Medicaid.

5 days ago (July 5) I noticed a bite mark on my upper left arm. I have no recollection of getting bitten. I was outside on the night of the 4th of July and may have gotten it then, but I don’t know. It swelled and itched a tiny bit. It got redder than usual, and has stayed red.

I investigated today due to the long-lasting redness and found two tiny punctures.

Could this be a bat bite, or another bite that I should worry about? The marks are 2mm apart. The redness diameter is about 1.5 inches. FWIW, I do not recall being in contact or even seeing a bat.
