rpms jump only when ac is NOT on full blast

i have a 2013 chevy cruze automatic and have been trying to solve this issue of a jumping rpm for over a year now. got new spark plugs, coils, a maf sensor, o2 sensors, pretty much everything. i’m starting to think it is a fuel injector/pump issue as i also have to put the pedal to the metal everytime i refuel or my car will shut off. i live in florida and ive just now learned during the florida summer that if my ac is turned all the way up, i don’t have this issue at all (the jumps, not the refueling issue).

anyways, im trying to google my question and i see only the opposite of my issue…lol. my rpms dont jump and my car wont rattle if my ac is on full blast. if my ac is on low or off it will just fluctuate and my car will rattle.

i’m between getting a new car or just getting my girl fixed but i’ve already paid for several diagnostics and repairs but still have the same issue. does anyone have any idea whatsoever what could be happening?
