Anyone on vyvanse?

Hey, I am prescribed vyvanse and I’m always so scared to take it on days I am planning on taking 7-oh. I can’t stand when I prepare and starve myself just for that sesh to be a dud- so I wanna make sure that my meds won’t cause the same issue
