How can i have my own car

Hello, im a 23f and i work secretly without my parents knowledge cause if they find out they would take all of my money and shame me for it ( Indoctrination thing). My question is i need a car so bad and i want to start paying for one in installment.. now my question is . Is this available in algeria? And would my father know by any chance like even by checking my permis? And if installment is available how much should i put per month and thank you for understanding.
