How can a projector master something without experience?

Since the projector needs an invitation to enter an experience for example a job. But to be invited into the job, you need to master something. And is it possible to master something without experience? Every job posting ever asks for experience for a reason. But I can't get the experience without the invitation. I can't get an invitation without mastering something. I can't master something without experience. Is studying all we need to do? I'm cool with simply studying I actually enjoy doing it. I just need clarity on this.
