Templar hunt bug

Hi! I’m having some trouble with one of the templar hunt missions
I already completed three of them, but I can’t finish the two brothers one
There’s still the mission title on my screen (“The other brother”) but I can’t find any marker in Nassau
Do you know if there’s a fix for this? I tried closing and reopening the game and loading an old save, but nothing changed
