Questions for women from a male gyneco

Hello, as the title sais I am a male gynecologist

I'll make this short and to the point

I'll be working soon inchallah in the private sector, and I would like to know what would like to change in your consultations chez les gynecos? what is the things you need and feel are lacking in the practice?
I've been subscribed to multiple female centered forums but sadly most of them lack women from our country
l'objectif de ma question pour faire simple, what do you need and what do you expect?

(I am sure this will also open a debate about a man practicing de la gynéco obstétrique which isn't the point of my post but I'll be willing to answer questions if necessary)
