Water Line Ring From Sunscreen, HELP!

I'm on year two of having my pool (16'x10' vinyl liner, salt water, sand filter) and I have constantly had issues with a stubborn scum line that doesn't brush off just above the water line from sunscreen.

Looking for advice from the community if anyone has any preventative solutions (no, not wearing sunscreen isn't an option as I have a young child)?

Currently running a zorbie sponge in skimmer and bringing the water above the stain ring with an enzyme additive in the pool water after every swim. There has to be a better way!? Or is this just the norm of smaller-sized pools that can't dilute the sunscreen runoff quickly enough?
