Am I underfeeding my cat?

My 1 year old cat used to graze her food throughout the day but now she devours it as soon as I give it to her and acts like she’s starving. I feed her 1/4 cup IAMS adult cat food and she gets 1 pouch of Nulo Wet Food in the evening. She was recently spayed and weighs about 6.5 pounds. I have looked at feeding guides and am following it best I can but she’s just been so ravenous as of late and I don’t want to be inadvertently starving her. I have felt her sides and she doesn’t seem too skinny or overweight. Is she just like this now or is there any advice to get her to stop acting so dramatic during feedings?
