Suggestions for Cat with possible IBD

So, I'm at my wits' end. A bit ago I took my 14-year-old cat for an ultrasound and the vet said she had inflamed intestines and suggested either the veterinarian diets like Royal Canine and Hills or a novel protein diet. I tried Hills and my cat did not like it. I switched to Savaged Raw Food and gave her the duck and rabbit. She liked the duck at first, then stopped eating it. She was a fan of the rabbit, but lately not so much. Thought maybe she can tolerate rabbit but because it's raw food, it's going bad before she can eat it, so I got the Royal Canine pea and rabbit formula and she hated that too.

She's skipping meals and not eating enough. I'm worried she might be on her way out. But maybe she just doesn't like the food. So, hoping one of you can help. Do any of you have cats with IBD? What are you feeding them? Is there anything you're giving them to help with appetite / nausea? Appreciate any help I can get!
