What’s more important?

For people who have climbed the corporate ladder, was it worth it?

Or do you think there are other things to consider as priorities (job stability, work life balance, benefits, etc…)

I have a corporate job with a real possibility to climb but it’s super stressful and I have considered switching to an IGO (it would be better money and great stability but my career progression would be super slow, basically doing the same job for many years just earning more money every year)

I would really appreciate some experiences for those who took one path vs the other :)
