What if, after Battle for Azeroth, Sylvanas left the Horde and founded her own faction: The Loyalists?

Instead of going with the Jailer, Sylvanas would use Val’kyr to raise the countless soldiers who died during the Fourth War. These fallen warriors would awaken choosing to follow Sylvanas because they no longer belong among the living.

The Loyalists would become Azeroth’s third major faction, standing apart from both the Alliance and the Horde.

Every playable race from the Alliance and the Horde would have an undead counterpart, retaining their original appearance and culture while displaying signs of death: pale or decaying skin, glowing eyes, visible scars, exposed bones, and darker voice effects. All of theme fighting for the same faction, united by fate.

For the classes, every undead races would keep their classes from their living couterparts with the sole exception of paladin.
Druids undead night elf would be able to change into decaying animals or dead trees. And shamans undead trolls would place tombstones on the ground to harvest power from the elements.

They could either keep the forsaken capital city, or the maybe have a New one, like a flying Necropolis, the Deathknight old starting zone or a map that was destroyed during the fourth war.

What are your thoughts and ideas on this new faction idea ?
