Help picking a wearable

Currently my top two are the Elvie Stride (or Strive 2) or the Lansinoh Thrive 2 in 1

I have a big spectra pump from my first child. For my second, I am working in an office and would like something more portable to commute with. I should have a separate space to pump so it doesn't have to be super duper discrete but compact and easy to carry would be nice.

I also had bad PPA with my first and obsessed over cleanliness with my milk. I'd ideally like a pump where I can purchase extra flanges/collection cups so I can use a fresh one for each pump rather than washing at work.
