I have issues with using the app

my trip starts tomorrow, and i have no idea how to use the pass, i tried looking it up everywhere for over a week, and i have booked the seats, but i dont know how to add them to my pass, and if im supposed to add my travel days on that day or all at once before my trip starts, could someone explain to me how the app works like im a 5 year old please?
