Mouse proof storage

Hello!! Im not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I thought I’d give it a shot!
I’m reaching out to see if anyone knows of any “mouse proof” storage containers for clothes. My mom passed away last year and I need a way to store her belongings (mostly clothes, shoes, purses, etc.) in our basement, but I am very worried about mice getting to them since no one goes into the basement unless needed. I know mice can get into very small openings and chew through a bunch of material, so I’m at a loss currently. Any advice would be great, especially if it’s not going to cost me an arm and a leg!
Thank you all in advance!
