I might have herpes :(

I was SA a week and 1 day ago. The hospital gave me 5 medications and 3 shots. I ended up getting a yeast infection from the medication’s and so I took the Diflucan pill to treat a yeast infection however, on the outside everywhere like my labia, anus etc I have a burning sensation kind of like a sunburn when I touch or go to the bathroom and I’m worried that I was exposed to herpes because the doctor at the hospital said that all the medication’s I’m on currently basically protect me from everything but herpes I don’t feel or see any bump clusters but everything feels like it is sunburnt. Does anyone have any similar experiences with this type of pain and if so, do you know what it is?
