When should i wish a girl her b'day if i am not sure if it would be just ok or may ruin her bday peace acting as some confusion.(we had stopped talking and i just wanna wish)?

Should i text the wish at the begining midnight around 12:01 AM so that she can start bit fresh with morning after sleep or at the end of day around 11:00 PM so that in case my bday text is bad idea then at least her bday would be over with peace?
