Aim assist with Steam Deck?

Hello, I'm thinking of getting a Steam deck and my main game would be Warframe when I'm not at home. I mainly play with keyboard & mouse and I've been using the controller with Warframe on Android.

BUT there is no aim assist on Android with a controller and it's annoying to charge incarnon. For people who have been using controller on console or PC, do you have aim assist and how is the feels on missions on Steel Path where you have to move fast and still do kills without dying?
