I want to expand my homelab empire

I currently have a pi 3 model b+. It's trash, overheats, goes down and barely plays dvd rips. Should I get a Pi 4 Model B 1GB for 40€ or a used HP ProDesk 600 G3 with a G4400 3.3GHz, 8GB RAM and a 356gb ssd, also for 40€? I want it for Jellyfin dvd rips and music, legal rom hosting and Tailscale, as well as a double media center use. Which one should i go withh?
