Is it weird for a guy and a girl to have matching plushies?

I am talking to a guy right now and he told me one of his female friends wanted to gift him something for his birthday. He wanted a big bear plushy and she wanted the same one so they ended up getting matching plushies and they even have matching names. Is this weird???
