I work with an all african team and...its hard

I work in a small team. Originally it was 5 white and then someone who is of sub saharan black african descent was appointed manager. Within 18 months almost all the white team had left due to claims of bullying by the black manager and i can't say i disagree. She si very aggresive and unable to understand her own faults. Almost like a psychopath. I am the only one remaining due to home proximity and im miserable in my team. Im sorry to say this, but its almost as if i working with stupid people?

The manager has appointed 2 other subsahran black africans above me and made them my superiors. Its...hard. One is very goood at admin but doesnt seem to have...abstract thought, if that makes sense? Very orbotic in her tone and the other 2, including the manager have some god liek complex like the rules dont apply to them.

They dont seem to understand need for sick leave, annual leave and just general forward planning. I dont want to sound racist but im struggling not to link this with sub saharan evolution and i dont know if they are just a bad choice and im unlucky, or if they cant help it?
