Hints & Advice needed please

We are looking for some outside perspective on our current financial trajectory and whether early retirement by age 50 is a realistic option for us. We have two children in junior school.

Here is a breakdown of our current situation:

Income & Contributions:

  • Me (36M): £110k base + 20% bonus. I put my entire bonus plus 6% of my salary into my workplace pension. My employer contributes 9%.
  • Wife (36F): £45k base + 10% bonus. She contributes 6% of her salary to her pension, and her employer adds 9%.
  • Monthly Savings: After all expenses, we have a very comfortable £5k of spare cash each month to allocate.

Assets:

  • Property: £500k primary residence, mortgage-free.
  • Pensions: £310k in my pension, and £15k in my wife's.
  • Stocks & Shares: £105k combined across two S&S ISAs, plus £15k in a general investment account.
  • Cash Savings & Bonds: £65k in a Cash ISA, £50k in premium bonds, and roughly £20k in various savings (which is our emergency fund).
  • Children's Savings: £15k each (£30k total) in Junior ISAs.

Our Goal:

Our target is to fully retire by age 50 (14 years from now). We want to build a bridge to our pensions so we can step away from full-time corporate roles at that time. Given our £5k/month surplus, we're currently focusing on how best to better allocate our finances and monthly incomings.

Any feedback on our portfolio diversification, investment strategy, or general FIRE timeline would be hugely appreciated!
