Where to eat?

Ciao ragazzi! I'm coming to Italy and was wondering if you have any recommendations for places to eat that aren't tourist traps. I'll be in Bologna for 3 days and in Rimini for 4 days. Also, I'll go to Verona for one day and maybe San Marino. But Bologna and Rimini are main destinations. So, where should I go to try authentic Italian food?
