An old anime whose name has been lost

I really hope that at least there will be people here who will help me.. I can't find an anime that sticks in my memory. Description: The main character had white hair and red eyes and lived alone for a long time, until the second main character found him, he had black hair and dark blue eyes. The first one was found on the train when the second one got on the train to blow it up.

The most far-reaching actions took place on the dreadable.I watched it sometime in 2018-2020, maybe earlier, I accidentally came across it On YouTube.
