I feel guilty for hating my job

My job is shift work 6 days a week, and for my qualifications the pay isn’t the best.

The reason I feel guilty is tbh the work load is very light but I still feel exhausted all the time and I feel like I’m a lazy person for that.

It’s been less than 3 months since I started but I’m not sure how to live my life like this.
