Any appraisers in STL metro not making the switch to 3.6 but still want to work?

If you're an experienced appraiser who is not planning to continue full time with the switch but are interested in continuing to do some work, send me a private message. I don't know exactly what the work would entail but I'm basically a one-man shop looking to maintain as much of my current workload as possible despite the additional time per appraisal we'll be facing. Unfortunately I'm not interested in a trainee, I just don't have the time to teach right now. Sorry if this type of post is frowned upon.
