What kind of doctor to go to?

I had Bell's Palsy about 10 years ago, while I was pregnant with my son. My concern at the time was mainly about my son's health. But now I want to see what a medical person can to do help me regain facial symmetry. The biggest issue is that my left eye doesn't open as much as my right. But I have no idea what kind of specialist to start with...
