Just curious

I might get downvoted but this has been bugging me since the 10 year leap. Whyy is drinking and eating meat such a big issue? I mean I get the anjar thing, totally but gautam's family has a right to live the way they want. It's 2026 for god's sake, why are we still opposing people's personal choices?

The next will be the girls clothes, why is the prejudice that sanskari girls must wear suits still actively promoted in the show? Whyy can't they wear whatever they want, yet still uphold family values?

Aur aaj ka episode to, by God, why did she only slap gautam? I get it, he was ruining Baa's legacy but karan has literally misbehaved and called tulsi names, why doesn't he get punished?

Ik I'm ranting at this point, but this stuff just bugs me a lot.
