Is sigma the "anti engage tank"

Ig this kindof applies to poke tanks in general, but sigma to me feels like all of his utility is about denying the opponent

He can fully absorb stuff with grasp, stuff he cant absorb he can block with the barrier, he can stun people out of engaging and just in general abilities, his shield can be positioned anywhere and repositioned immedieately with no cooldown which makes it even more versatile at denying, his perk punch is another abti engage, his ult immobolises you.

He can engage with these things, but their primary purposes feel like nope buttons. And a lot of characters have those(like orisa spin, ramattra shield, rein shatter, domina boop etc)but he feels like hes *all* nope buttons and they flow so perfectly with each other, covering every single possibility

Are there others like sigma in your opinion who do this better or similarily?
