Send tickets or Transfer tickets?

So, my Dad bought tickets for my brother and I, and he is not going. We are wondering if he should click the Send tickets to a guest button on the mobile tickets app, or if we need to go to the Fifa website and fully transfer tickets, they are Fifa pavilion/hospitality tickets for the Kansas city QF game if that matters.

Basically wondering if anyone knows the difference?
