Unusual Buying Experience

I paid the deposit and placed an order on July 7 (four days ago). Was advised to continue the process via the app. I only got as far as the 1st step, adding registration address.

Apparently there is an issue with living in Kentucky and purchasing and taking delivery in Florida. I requested assistance and have received virtually zero communication unless I reach out first. The second day, I was told there is a case open, no ETA, and they are currently waiting for the registration to be approved.

Something to note, before I even paid the deposit, the salesperson I was communicating with knew that my registration address is in Kentucky and didn’t mention anything about it being a problem, but coaxed me into paying the deposit and continuing in the app.

Anyone have a similar experience? How long does this process of having the registration approved?
