Problem with new event

I tried to snipe the Devel Sixty right after it came out, and the game told me that i successfully bought it, but it's impossible to assign a serial to it and so on.

So now my money are gone and the veichle doesn't even show up in my inventory.

And it seems like other people are having the same problem
