Mamedica doesn't refund?

In short, I didn't receive my prescription. I am not due a refund even though Mamedica has received my prescription as a return to sender and refuses to properly elaborate why they won't refund me when asked.

Anyone else had this happen or other dealings?
Any relevant advice is appreciated as I am a bit lost for words.
