Dental Surgery

Hi, I was in a boating accident and had a dental surgery. I had 8-9 removed and 23-26 removed. I have had persistent pain to the touch on #7 even if my tongue touches it. It still seems to be in the correct place and I don’t see any visible chips. Also I have been in serve pain. I am 24 female and wondered when I should start to feel better/ do you think #7 will need to be removed as well? I had surgery Tuesday afternoon and was put under for it. They also recommended implants so I had a bunch of bone grafting done to try and rebuild my jaw.
