Let me show you something cool.

You can share your screen from your AYN Thor (or any other Android device) to another Android device (Samsung S21 Ultra in my case), either wirelessly or via USB cable, and play couch co‑op games together. The game runs only on one device. The second one is just receiving the video stream.

I’m planning to use this setup to play games with my wife on our next trip. We’ve already tested it with Mario Kart 8 and Cuphead, so far, so good.

You’ll need a Bluetooth controller (ideally a telescopic one) and a good USB‑C cable + angled adapter for a wired connection (the stock AYN Thor cable works well for me). In my case, my controller has Bluetooth mode but no battery, so I attached a small magnetic power bank to power it.

Your Bluetooth controller must be connected to the **host** device (the AYN Thor in my case), not the phone. If it’s connected to the phone, you won’t be able to configure controls for it on the host device.

As for the software, here’s what you need:

First, on your host device, install and run the Shizuku fork from GitHub:
You’ll need to follow the instructions in Shizuku to enable developer mode and wireless debugging.

Next, install the EasyControl fork on the device that will receive the video stream:

Some time ago I made a guide for wireless streaming, so you can refer to that if you prefer not to use a cable:
[GUIDE: Smooth Wireless Streaming from AYN Thor to an Android tablet (Samsung Tab S7) : r/AynThor](https://www.reddit.com/r/AynThor/comments/1sounx3/guide_smooth_wireless_streaming_from_ayn_thor_to/)

For the wired connection, which I recommend, since the streaming quality is much better with less lag, do the following:

1. Connect the USB cable to both devices.
2. Tap OK on **Allow EasyControlFork to acess...** notification on the receiving device (but don’t select “Always open EasyControlFork” because for some reason EasyControl stops detecting the device afterward until you reinstall it).
3. A new entry will appear in the EasyControl UI. Long‑press it to open the settings.
4. Change the device name (for convenience), set the resolution to **1920**, and the bitrate to **8**. Don’t forget to tap **OK** at the bottom.
5. Tap the device entry in EasyControl and start streaming.

You can experiment with resolution and bitrate, since performance varies from device to device. For me, 1920 resolution and bitrate 8 work best.
