I need help with the game *My Child: New Beginnings*.

I suspect the game is stuck. I’m not getting any new tasks. For weeks now, Klaus’s days have been playing out exactly the same way: he wakes up sadly, goes to school, eats, bathes, sleeps—and that’s it. The only interaction possible is the pre-school ritual; nothing else. I even started a new game, but the same thing happened after a few chapters; I also noticed that, according to the book in the corner, the chapters don't follow a sequential order but appear randomly. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!
