IBR Recertification

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, I just cannot each anybody at Mohela to answer my question. I submitted my IBR recertification and am wondering if I’m automatically put into forbearance? I’m 11 months out from meeting the requirements for PSLF forgiveness and want to pay monthly if it all possible, and if recertification is delayed hope to be in a processing forbearance that could give me a couple of months to count toward PSLF. Anybody have any insight on this issue?
