How do you deal with growing hairline bc of the bun?

I know it may sound weird but ever since I moved in the middle east plus having to have a bun everyday for work, my hairline has been growing and the amount of hairfall that I get is crazy. My hairline is not even fair anymore and I am getting bald.

For the cabin crews, did you face the same issue and do u have any tips or supplements to prevent this?
