Low b12

I’m around 10 weeks pregnant and have only just been told my b12 is low after having bloods done twice, the first time they only tested for my folic acid levels as it was low before but they’re back to normal now but told me I needed to come back because they wanted to check my iron and b12. I’m just paranoid now as it’s so early into pregnancy and have to wait another 2 weeks until my first scan
