How do I get urine smell out of concrete?

We bought a house that smells like pee in a couple areas. We already gutted it and sprayed natures miracle enzyme cleaner on it twice but it’s still got a faint urine smell. I read you can’t do Kilz odor blocking primer on concrete. What can I do at this point?
