How long does it take to learn crochet? For a slow learner… victim of brain rot

I (22f) am always wanted to learn how to crochet.
I always loved the vibes of it but , whenever I’d learn the second row of crocheting things get hard and then I give up.
I kinda decided to make my life mission to finally tackle down the basics and learn how to crochet and crochet everyday from 30 to 2 hours….
But, the thing is I find it hard finding a good YouTube channel that actually teaches welll (I feel like there are so many resources and I feel lost)

Just a lil note… I don’t have any disability but I feel like whenever I want to learn something I just give up instantly…
I feel like the last two year, I became a victim of brain rot and I want to stop brain rotting and get back my attention span and go back to reading books and crocheting. 🧶

Please help me
